Evaluation of COVID-19 Biokit IgG/IgM Clinical Effectiveness in COVID-19 Vaccinated Individuals

Background: This study compared the neutralizing antibody kit using Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method with rapid diagnostic Lateral Flow Immunoassay (LFIA) to evaluate clinical effectiveness of COVID-19 Biokit IgG/IgM regarding evaluation formation after vaccination.Methods: The test was performed detection medical devices for qualitative standard ELISA method. measured LFIA Based on results measurement method, are and analyzed confirm its sensitivity specificity.Results: When consistency determined as positive negative two results, 118 cases were matched inconsistent, showing a 98.3% rate. That is, 98%, specificity 100% correctly classified proportion 98%.Conclusions: Although this would mean that individual has immunity COVID-19, result cannot be used or re-infection. But strong agreement between suggests in is available screening responses, which could help need additional vaccinations, collect data quickly cheaply monitor immune responses.
